Rebecca got her bachelor of law degree from East China University of Political Science and Law with major in international economic law. Her practice is focused in the legal business of corporate and intellectual property especially for the field of share transfer, Merger & Acquisition, reconstruction, foreign capital purchase, private placement, entrust and trademark protection. Rebecca was elected as an excellent professional lawyer in Jing’an District of 2007-2008 in March, 2009 and the Star of Jing’an District in April, 2009. David is our British Commonwealth of Nations legal affairs adviser, a veteran lawyer. He got his Bachelor's degree from the Law School of New Zealand University of Auckland. He is qualified to be a licensed lawyer of both New Zealand High Court of Justice and new Aussie south Wales High Court.

David is the first Chinese lawyer who gains the licensed lawyer qualification in New Zealand, and he is also the first Chinese lawyer who independently practices in New Zealand.

He is focused in the field of corporate law, real estate, commercial transfer, apply for immigrant and appeal, especially good at WTO law affairs. Now, he is the legal adviser of many Chinese Enterprises and Chinese consulate in New Zealand Oakland.
